Members General Costs when planning your own event.

Membership fee is $2.00 and is included in the fee. Everyone participating in an event must be a member (Drivers have application forms and club cards available at time of boarding.)

We have several ways to keep the club events as affordable as possible. Whether it's within the city or driving to Canada, we will exhaust every possible way to keep cost down. A lot of the time when the Partybus isn't being used by your member event we will try and schedule other member events to be moved to keep the cost down. There is an additional $100.00 fee to keep a bus to your self. You will not be on the bus at the same time as another member group unless it is discussed ahead of time. . Most events cost about $25.00 to $45.00, per member depending on where we're going and how many attend.

The general cost is $85.00 per hour and 20% gratuity: with an 8hr minimum on weekends, $680 + 20% gratuity. If you need a Partybus for an entire evening, we leave the Eastside 1 hr before the pick up time.. High School dances we only offer to pick up the group take them to pictures then to dinner then to the dance and then back to pick up. You can use the 8 hrs earlier in the evening just not go past 3:00 am . We don't come and sit while you're waiting for the members to arrive.

You agree the bus can leave 15 min's after the arrival time we don't care what time you pick only that we can leave 15 min's after it, . You can have the partybus until 3:00am for a flat rate of $680.00. Whatever is on your planned itinerary is what we're doing for the night. You cannot change it, other than skipping a stop. You cannot add additional stops or driving time to your event once you're in the bus. We are not a limo company or a charter bus co. Were a private club which only members can attend.

Seattle to Canada runs about $460.00 for a drop off one way. For an evening returning the same night runs $680.00. This is a drop off not running you around bar hopping . If it's an over night you are required to supply the driver a room and that's it.

Add 20% min tip to all costs. The min. tip is charged when a event reservation is made and event costs are charged.
