PartybusSeattle.com Member Agreement
As the event planer it is your responsibility to make sure that each group member you are inviting has read and understands the following information.
The following information is setup for the best interest of the group/event.
General Information
It is not recommended that you invite someone who cannot control themselves or abide by the simple rules setforth in our agreement. These simple, common sense rules are why our featured clubs support PartybusSeattle.com.
The event planner or one person chose at the beginning of the event is the spokesperson and communicates with the driver.
A $100.00 cash only damage deposit is required when the driver arrives for your event.
The Partybus does not sit outside while you are at one of your destinations. The group spokesperson and the driver will decide what time they will return to pick you up and take you to the next destination.
You will need to obtain a banquet permit for $10.00 prior to your event from a Washington State Liqour store in order to drink on the bus. use our address on the permit:
PartybusSeattle.com
P.O. Box 1521
Duvall, Wa 98019
If you drink on the bus without a baquet permit we reserve the right to keep your deposit and will not return your group.
No Kegs!
High School Dance events do not include the full 8 hours. We offer to pick the group up, take them to pictures, dinner, then to the school dance and back to the pick-up location.
General Cost Information
If you want to have the PartybusSeattle.com exclusively we require a $100.00 additional charge, otherwise we reserve the right to move other groups between the times that your group is not in the bus, and can help keep the cost of your event down.
If we receive your itinerary and feel that there is excessive fuel/mileage usage planned during your event we may require an additional fuel charge of $80.00.
A non-refundable $25.00 cash payment is required to be given to the driver upon pick-up (beverages is not considered food).
Please send in a tentative itinerary and any additional charges can be assessed before finalized planning of the event.
We collect your total event cost including an additional 20% minimum tip up front. PartybusSeattle.com at the time your event is booked. This covers the initial payment for our drivers so their tip for volunteering is handled before the event.
If a you appreciate one of the Partybus drivers volunteering for your event we suggest you give them an additional tip at the end of the night for their time.Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations must be received via email 20 at least days before the event date. Cancellation requests made before 20 days will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If a cancellation request is not received 20 days before the event date all of the event costs are kept.
Cancelling your event causes us to lose business because the bus was booked during your event date.
We do reserve the right to provide rain checks for cancellation requests but require a $100.00 rebooking fee. No refunds will be given on rain check events. You will have to verify that openings are available on the date that you are planning to setup your event.
Weather conditions are not reasons for canceling your event. We may not be able to go onto certain residential streets so you might have to walk to the closest main street but weather does not permit cancellation and no refund will be allowed.
Event Information
We require that the finalized itinerary is received via email
3 days before your event date. You can send in a tentative itinerary when initially booking your event.
We require the event date, pick-up address, phone numbers and exact list of stops be completed on your itinerary as changes to the event are not allowed during your event, so please take time to plan your event. We offer the bus from 7PM to 3AM but we require that each event stays within the itinerary agreement.
About the Joint Cover Charge
With the partybus your group never has to wait in line at any of our featured clubs. We offer a $10.00 per person joint cover charge for up to 4 of our featured clubs in the greater Seattle area, these do not include the Pioneer Square clubs.
We require a joint cover charge for any group visiting one of featured clubs regardless of who you know including owners, bartenders, etc.
Some clubs may require an additional cover, at the door, when you group arrives. This can happen without our knowledge as club promoters and policies can change. Some clubs may require you to show up before a certain time or require additional cover.
If for some reason you do not want to go or cannot get into the club we can skip to the next scheduled stop on your event itinerary.
General Issue issues
PartybusSeattle.com reserves the right to ask any member who is causing a problem to remove themselves from the Partybus. If anyone refuses to remove themselves we reserve the right to cancel the event without refund.
We do not allow anyone to seperate themselves from the group by staying on the bus. We require that anyone who has overconsumed or is sick including the group to make sure that individual takes a cab home for the night so the rest of the group can continue to enjoy the event.
If anyone in the group gets into a fight, whether in a club, bar, restaurant, etc. the bus can leave the group and return to our shop ending your groups event. The deposit and event costs are kept. We do not want to hurt the reputation of our club.
Minors who bring alcoholic beverages onto the bus will lose the alcohol, forfeit the event cost and lose their damage deposit. The event will be over. School officials are always invited into the Partybus when entering school property.
